OPR-Finance is an international organization with professionals working in various positions, such as customer service, IT, marketing and business development. Our community
At the moment, we are a community of over 50 professionals. We are a growing company and thus our organization is constantly evolving. We are always especially looking for IT and digital experts as well as customer service professionals to strengthen our team of specialists.
Our people work both independently and as a part of an international team. We have a flat hierarchy and there is a lot of co-operation between different departments.
International operations
Currently we work in three different countries: Finland, Sweden and the Netherlands. The international dimension is part of our employees’ everyday activity.
Employees sitting in offices in different countries work together and several assignments have become more international in our growing community. Business trips and phone consultations abroad fill the calendars of several employees.

We continuously train our staff and support our employees in developing their expertise.
